Tropical California Inspired Wedding at The Valentine DTLA

When Janine first inquired she described her wedding day as a tropical West Coast inspired wedding and she wanted to capture the beauty of Southern California from palm trees, bright colors, fun music, In N’ Out and more! My little heart was so happy at the thought of a Tropical California inspired wedding at The Valentine in downtown Los Angeles because it was such a bright and fun concept.

As a wedding industry professional the absolute joy of my job is watching our couples curate a day that is unique to them and represents their style. Janine paid such close attention to details by having custom illustrations drawn of her and Latu and using that in her wedding invitations. When we finished their engagement session we snapped a couple of photos at In N’ Out. At the wedding reception Latu’s family sang a surprise traditional song in their native language.

There were so many details throughout this wedding that made it such a dream to capture and you’ll be inspired after seeing the beauty of Janine and Latu’s big day.
