Well some things are just too crazy to believe and this was definitely one of those moments. For years I’ve been working, shooting, building connections and hustling to improve my craft.
I shot my first wedding when I was 16 and a sophomore in high school and from that moment I knew that photographing weddings was what I wanted to do in life. It wasn’t until I started running full force with my company full time for the past 2 years that I’ve seen how much I love the business side of entrepreneurship as well.
From the moment I stepped in that church with cameras in hand and my mom as my assistant (thanks for being an OG mom) I had lofty goals of photographing the dreamiest, prettiest and heart warming weddings and sharing those photos with the world. I’m blessed that this is what I get to do. It’s insane. This is my job? I’m the luckiest girl in the world!
As we ended 2018 I had the opportunity to photograph a lifestyle shoot that would be released in print with Palm Springs Life which was HUGE. I’ve grown up in the desert and PSL is the top dog magazine out here so the goal was to always have my work included there someday. To top that cake I was informed that a destination wedding I photographed in Bali, Indonesia (you can see that wedding here) was going to be published in Today’s Bride Magazine as well.
I still can’t believe it has all happened and I couldn’t be more thankful.
